You are invited to attend Piye’s third Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at:
Merewether Building, University of Sydney
Cnr City Road and Bultin Ave, Darlington, NSW
On Saturday 26th February
11:30am - 12:15pm
Please note that due to the security of the building, we ask that you’d meet us at the entrance to the Merewether Building (Bultin Ave) at 11:30, so we may be seated for an 11:45 start.
Over the past year we have had an opportunity to finalise our strategic plan and update some of our current projects in Kenya. We have also recently appointed new Board members, and look forward to introducing the Piye Board to you.
Our agenda for the AGM is as follows:
· Welcome
· Introduction of the current Board
· Summary of Achievements and Outlook for 2011
· Confirmation of the Minutes of the AGM held on the 10 April 2010.
· Receive and consider Financial Statements for year ended 30 June 2010.
· General Business and Opportunity for Questions and Discussion
